Hi, My name is Alice Villasenor. I have been a realtor since 2006 and I am here to assist you with whatever your real estate goals are! Here's a little bit about me. I love my job! I love working with people, both with my clients and other professionals that I work with in Real Estate; lenders, title and escrow agents, inspectors, and other realtors. I believe that because I've formed good working relationships in my profession that it improves my ability to represent my clients well. Good communication makes a sales or purchase transaction go more smoothly and it is a cornerstone belief in who I am and how I conduct myself professionally. I stay informed on all issues that are a part of Real Estate; from legal changes with contracts to disclosure issues in addition to lending & title/escrow changes. I want to always be informed to represent my Buyers and Sellers with my professional best.
 

I don't mind questions! Questions are a natural part of buying or selling, whether it is your first purchase or sale or one of several. Real Estate is by nature always changing and I enjoy answering my clients' questions.
